1-Bone surgery instruments
Instruments are heated in a very high level of temperature then frozen by quick cooling process. This results the consistent distribution of chromium substance which improve the corrosion resistance ability. In tempering process instruments are kept at a temperature of about 250°C (482°F) for more than a few hours. In this process our instruments are properly treated to achieve required hardness value. The tempered instruments are significantly more elastic and less prone to fractures

2-Dental instruments

5-Diagnostics instruments
In the manufacturing stage technical documents are generated as the base of all manufacturing processes. Each part passes through several control stations during its production process. We always use Testing devices, Gauges and Technical drawing for every part and in every step, to control the sizes and functioning of instruments

6-Forceps
Later the final inspection of each instrument is carried out by specialists with the sensibility of their hands. Instruments are then released after complete checking of sizes and functioning.

7-Scissors surgery
For Forceps and other General Instruments Low carbon Chromium Steel is used Standardized as SUS410J1 or AISI410 type which contain minimum of 11.50 of chromium with the hardening capacity up to Rockwell Hardness 45HRC.
A non temper-able chromium steel as AISI304 or 18/8 is used for large surface instruments like Containers, Trays, and Speculums.
